    Upstream: 7.5.6.35 at be8ff771cc545f8f8b5b548b5dd7271d80460f89; local revision 2. Dalamud install version: 7.5.6.3502.

    Xel's independently maintained BossMod Reborn fork. Retains the BossModReborn assembly, settings, commands and IPC for compatibility with XCAI. Install only one BossMod variant at a time.

    Release labels follow upstream plus a local suffix, which resets to zero when the upstream base changes. The fourth install-version component is upstream revision * 100 + local revision (0-99).

    Paired with XCAI 2.53.1, which removes all 17 encounter patches and their controls while retaining general BMR integration fixes.

    This build includes six bounded native component corrections:

    • Elm Gigas: resolving puddles clear their own warning instead of the oldest one.
    • Alabaster Blade: initial Acclaim cones appear before arrow statuses; repeated callbacks do not duplicate forecasts.
    • Pallmagia: Roulette's centre forecast uses the observed 14.3-second interval after the visual finishes.
    • Queen Eternal: the split-platform restriction no longer leaks into the X arena.
    • Arbatel: Book Drop counts living, present players and includes late arrivals while preserving its three-to-five capacity.
    • Doomtrain: Windpipe draw-in publishes one native source visible to every party slot and clears it on cast finish.

    Other former XCAI workarounds were retired without speculative module replacements. See the complete migration audit for all 17 dispositions and evidence limits. These changes passed offline component checks; actual-duty acceptance remains pending.
