    Wider tank gathering with ranged tags.

    • Search up to 55 yalms for eligible solo pulls when the synced job has an unlocked, affordable ranged attack. Approach to ranged reach instead of melee, and request the tag through active RSR with stable targeting and cooperative ownership checks.
    • Keep the chosen pull stable until aggro is observed; keep an unfinished batch open while tagged enemies approach. Continue to fill once and drain rather than replacing each defeated mob.
    • Preserve nearby participant/tank cooperation, held bosses, resource and health limits. Use ranged reach when defending friendly FATE NPCs.

    Validation: 439 policy tests, Debug and Release builds, and shared packaging passed. The development plugin auto-reloaded and active RSR was observed. Live Gunbreaker diagnostics confirm Lightning Shot and a 19-yalm ranged approach. Successful ranged-tag execution is not yet verified: XCAI/BMR currently defers target switches with bmr_target_ownership_unavailable. XCAI/BMR movement and target-ownership requirements still apply; this release does not claim to resolve previously observed bmr_target_ownership_unavailable deferrals.
