  Collection delivery now moves the current pack to the collector, finishes remaining attackers there, and hands in afterward. Repeated spawns no longer keep a ready batch at the farming spot. Requires matching XCAI collection delivery support.

  Also includes wider ranged-gathering cooperation, stable pending-death target handoff, high-priority Forlorns, NPC defense, and prevention of repeated teleports after mounting fails. Temporary targeting control is scoped to the ToF run and released afterward.

  Validation: 474 policy tests, Debug and Release builds, and shared packaging passed. Live end-to-end collection delivery remains unverified; build and IPC acceptance are not gameplay acceptance.
